Thomas Zach

Managing Director

Thomas Zach studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and served for six years as an officer in the Austrian Armed Forces, specializing in international operations. After working in public administration and politics, Thomas Zach joined the Austrian State Printing Office in 2003. As Managing Director and member of the Executive Board, he played a key role in its transformation from a state-owned industrial enterprise to a publicly listed technology service provider over a period of ten years. From 2011 to 2025, Thomas Zach served on the Board of Trustees of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF), appointed by the Austrian Federal Government. Since 2013, he has been Managing Director of ZACON Unternehmensberatungs GmbH (ZACON Management Consulting Ltd.).
